" Lovely woman checked me in named Sunny! She was welcoming, professional, warm and efficient. She quickly checked me in, oriented me to the property. The office/lobby area very nice. The price was great! Super grateful pets are allowed. We travel with two small dogs. The parking area is incredibly cramped, the spaces very small. We ended up wedged between 2 trucks with barely enough space to open our vehicle doors. We did not feel our vehicle was secure/safe. The parking area was within a kind of courtyard but still open to the street at the end of the town (Redding). The room smelled like cat piss when we opened the door. The floor had chips in it, bathroom wall had been patched, front of fridge dirty, mold in corners of shower wall. "
